REFUND POLICY

1. ABSOLUTE FINALITY OF SALES (NO RETURNS / NO REFUNDS)

Due to the highly specialized nature of Research Use Only (RUO) laboratory reagents, strict biosafety regulations, and our unwavering commitment to quality control, all sales are final. Common Good Peptides does not accept product returns, offer cash or credit refunds, or permit item exchanges under any circumstances once a transaction is processed.

The Reagent Chemical Integrity Rationale

  • Chain of Custody: To ensure the absolute purity, stability, and baseline analytical safety of the materials provided to the scientific community, an unbroken “chain of custody” must be maintained. Once a chemical peptide has departed our specialized, climate-controlled third-party logistics (3PL) facility and entered a standard shipping environment, its environmental exposure is unknown.
  • Contamination Risk: We cannot guarantee that a returned item has not been exposed to light, temperature fluctuations, moisture, or environmental contaminants. Consequently, we can never reintegrate returned compounds back into our active inventory or ship them to other researchers. Accepting returns would completely compromise laboratory-grade quality standards.

2. REPORTING MANUFACTURING DEFECTS & LIMITED REMEDY

We take extreme care in the sourcing and distribution of our products, but we recognize that physical transit issues can occur.

Strict Inspection Window

  • Timeline: The Customer must inspect shipments immediately upon arrival. Any claim regarding damaged vials, compromised seals, or incorrect item fulfillment must be submitted in writing to Support@CommonGoodPeptides.com within three (3) calendar days of delivery.
  • Evidence Mandate: All claims must include your order number, a clear explanation, and high-resolution photographic evidence of the damaged product inside its original packaging as well as photos of the secondary packaging and shipping packaging.
