SHIPPING POLICY

1. DOMESTIC LOGISTICS, TIMELINES, & LIABILITIES

  • Territory Limit: Shipping operations are strictly confined to the domestic United States. We do not process international orders, nor do we ship to freight forwarders or high-risk international routing hubs.
  • Designated Carriers: All orders are securely dispatched via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
  • 6-Day Operational Framework: Common Good Peptides operates a rigorous 6-day fulfillment schedule, including Saturday carrier pickups and deliveries. Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM PST (5:00 PM EST) will generally be processed for same-day shipping; however, this timeline represents an internal standard and is not a legal guarantee.
  • Carrier Delays: Once a shipment is accepted by FedEx, UPS, or USPS, legal title and risk of loss transfer directly to the customer. Common Good Peptides shall not be held liable or responsible for transit delays, regional routing bottlenecks, or tracking stalls caused by the carrier or acts of God.

2. LOST PACKAGES & DELIVERY CONFIRMATION PROTECTION

  • Address Accuracy: The buyer bears exclusive responsibility for entering a 100% accurate, complete, and deliverable domestic shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for packages misrouted, delayed, or lost due to insufficient, outdated, or incorrect address strings entered by the user.
  • Lost in Transit Protection: If your package’s tracking data becomes entirely stalled with no movement update for more than seven (7) consecutive business days, you must contact our support team directly. Common Good Peptides will review the log and, upon carrier verification of a “Lost in Transit” status, will execute a full reshipment of your research order at no additional cost to you.
  • Porch Piracy & Delivery Finality: Our contractual delivery obligation is completely fulfilled when the carrier issues a definitive “Delivered” timestamp and GPS confirmation. Common Good Peptides relies strictly on carrier data and does not issue refunds, store credits, or reshipments for packages that are stolen, misplaced, or missing after a successful delivery confirmation has been recorded. It is the researcher’s absolute duty to secure a safe, accessible drop point.
